Keerthi...! :-)

And Here is Keerthi.. A good friend of mine for the past 2 months. I first met her on 21/08/11. That was our first day in Cognizant Academy. On the evening of that day we had self intro session. She was totally grinning while introducing herself. She said she loves curd rice and dancing. She said she will bring brownie's to everyone in the class.

One day our places were shuffled and i was made to sit with Sadhana and Felsia.  Some times, Keerthi comes to speak with them and while crossing my place for no reason she will ask sorry. I was perplexed by this. She would not have even touched my chair also. And everyone in the class started sitting in their old places. One day while playing some game i was caught and the punishment was to imitate a girl. I remembered VJ Craig imitating girls in his show Reachout in SS Music.. I tried modulating like him to imitate Keerthi with her words "I m from Salemmmm... I love Currrrdricee.. I love dancing.." I think i made a decent attempt as many people in class liked it.. As i don't know much about her at that time i asked her to pardon me..

Days passed. On the day of Oracle Module Test She came to class like a 'Bhakthi Pazham' with Kumkum and 'Vibuthi' on her forehead. I generally commented her by asking from where is this "Bhakti" suddenly coming only during exam days. She laughed. Then we started studying oracle dumps and she joined us. I think from that day she started talking freely and mingled well with our row. During Frames she Joined our Wordsmith Team and did almost nothing. :-) ;-) (Except making some phone calls to 'Male' participants).

The Thing i like about her is the commitment she shows in making others happy.Whether it might be arranging a Birthday party or a batch lunch or a even send off party :( , she would be the busiest person in the whole batch in arranging things. On our first batch lunch, right from booking the tables, getting a pizza for veggie mam, settling the bill,in between giving funny poses to camera clicks, the commitment she showed was amazing. The  next thing i like is her straight-forward approach in discussing almost anything.  Its always better to speak out frankly rather than keeping in mind and then backstabbing.

Everything is fine, good and well until she opens her mouth and start singing. The next moment she starts singing "Undaana Kaayam Engum...", i can't resist myself from turning back and give her a weird look. Enough Keerthi. I'll pray to God that no one will ask you to sing during your bride visit :-).. Or else start singing voluntarily in case if you don't like the groom. It would be your ultimate weapon. I'm Sure...

I didn't expect her to cry when i said that i'm going to leave Cognizant..And the same day she called and consoled me regarding the problem in Visteon joining.. And what Bindhu said has come true. I'm already missing all the fun i had with her.

The efforts which she had taken to keep her bf Sudeep happy, are great.Don't know why he didn't understand her. Never mind keerthi. He is the loser.

I wish she'll find a better person soon,  who looks exactly like maddy, a non-engineer, with 6/8 packs who doesn't return backs from office before 8 and importantly who says OK to only one...;-) Hope she'll marry the same person with all her parents blessings. And i have decided the present for her marriage..Its a coool gift..(But definitely not an AUDI) Hope she'll like it. And i wish her to get the 'apple' baby soon before marriage.. ;-)

Fine.. I'm including her grandpa's name in the CC field of this blogpost, so that he receives the post from me also and fulfill her wishes.

I wish her a Happy Lifetime...!

Cognizant.. !

Its has been more than 3 months since i last visited here.. I can never forget these 3 months in my life.. Had lots of fun, learnt few and got some wonderful friends.Didn't expect this journey will end so soon... and a bit early for me..

First day in academy was not so good.. When saranya, our batch owner, was addressing us, i was thinking about something when she caught me and asked me a question from induction. I didn't listen to the induction and didn't understand the question about it either.. Then she stared at me for a while and asked my name before making me to sit.. And when we returned to our class i found the system in my place was not working.. What a perfect start to a career..

Travelling from ASV to Haris room was hectic.. Had to take 2 or even 3 buses to his room.. Finally i got a room in kandhanchavadi to stay along with dinesh anna,Karthick,Frejil and Gubi anna. It was a tough decision to leave haris room when many caring and funny friends are around.. But had no other options.. :(

Classes were not so boring.. Infact we had training sessions for only 1 or 2 hours a day.. Remaining all the time we were just playing some silly games in the class.. That was total fun.. The villager-thief day/night game which we played in class would be the height of craziness which even a 2nd standard kid will feel shy and reluctant to play. :-) And the day i imitated keerti was still fresh in memory :D.. She is one interesting character i have ever met.. Will write about her as a separate post...

My final performance in Wings was a disaster.. First of all Mic slipped, then i forgot to take the box and finally aravind missed a dialogue.. Somehow we bluffed and managed it.. :) That was my first stage performance and i relished it... And Wordsmith was a delight..

I can't forget the day in which i boozed and went totally out of control.. That was the first day i vomited after having beers.. I m capable of withstanding 3 beers previously, but that day i think i went more than that.. tat too 'high voltage' was really high.. Should thank Naren, aravind, karthi, yashwant, kiruba and everyone who made me feel comfortable after vomiting.. And Sivanand.. I'm really sorry.. Don't know why did i tease him like that.. And i had spoken too much sensitively on that day.. When thoughts etched deeply into memory are recollected, even boozing is good..

Kudos to Kaushiek for leading us.. It was a tough position but he managed to do it well.. And special thanks to Frejil and karthi.. Without their support clearing the exams would have been very difficult..

Finally the farewell they had given me was so touchy.. I almost cried while leaving them after that photo session.. And the chart was super nice.. Should thank every one who wished me in that.. All sweet memories.. Going to preserve it forever..

I m unlucky to leave them early..  Wish to keep in touch with everyone of them and see them coming out with flying colors in the future..

Miss you Mafia..

Only Memories stay on

It has been over 1 hard year since i saw her.Didn't get to know any new information about her. Now,the only thing i know is she's in Madurai and studying Nursing. I have always been a coward in love. Even though i love films like Vaaranam Aayiram, Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya&Jay Jay i didn't get enough courage yet to go even to Madurai unlike those film heroes travel even abroad. how nice it ll be if life is so rosy as shown in cinemas..

Mistakes were always on my side. When she was here,i have maintained some distance with her, thinking that as decency,so that she should not feel my presence annoying.Sometimes i had voluntarily avoided speaking to her when someone was around thinking it may cause problems to her. I even thought of postponing to propose my love for her till her board exams. But it just happened to propose early. It would probably the one correct thing happened among heap of mistakes.

I have never bothered when some guys teased me linking with her.. Even one Einstien constantly used to sing 'Kandupuduchen kandupuduchen' song whenever I cross him as if he has invented something extra-ordinary.. I never reacted to them.. but as a girl she can't tolerate such non-sense.. And this might be the reason for her parents to make her join in Madurai..

Now She is not here and all my little efforts to get her mobile number from her dad or her relative went in vain. At first i made my niece Archana to call 'her' relative to get 'her' number. She made a mess and it didn't workout. Then i asked priyanka (once my train friend) to call 'her' relative and get 'her' number. She didn't respond well. Then while working in TCS i made Devatha my friend to call 'her' relative. 'Her' relative was so measured such that she even told that she don't know any one in that name. I took quite a few efforts to make Devatha understand the situation and even explained the hierarchy of 'her' family. One of the papers which i had written to explain devatha the situation in brief was witnessed by my mom. :-( One early morning i woke up and saw my mom reading a paper. I asked her Wat it was. And she shocked me by asking "What is this?Who is Archana and __________ (Name i'am hiding here).I was taken aback and plucked the paper from her hands. And bluffed that it is Balaji's Friends.. I know she is not sorted out by this answer. Soon she will inquire Balaji about this.Even though i taught Balaji to deal it, i am still not unstrained from this issue,
because my mom is clever.

Here is that paper..

The blacked portion is 'her' name.

Then i explained priya (my online friend) the scenario and requested her to call 'her' dad and get 'her' mobile number. At first she accepted. I mailed her what could be the possible questions 'her' dad can ask and the answers she has to reply for that in a conversation format.

I almost begged her in that mail to get 'her' number. But finally she didn't reply well for that mail..

Here is that mail..

That S is 'her' and all 'her' in quotes in this post denotes 'her' only. :(

One thing is for sure. Most of the Girls are not like boys in helping their friends. Though I didn't complain all the girls.

Now I'm even looking for some male to female voice changing softwares for mobiles.

Its far better to rely on technology..

Aadukalam ..!

Feeling really happy for Dhanush for winning his first National award. What an actor he has turned into. Once i told Maadev that some day Dhanush will win a National award. He said he'll hang himself to death if it happens. What i have told him has come true now. So Maadev will you fulfill your promise.. ;-)

Vetrimaaran has made a good mix of jealousy, betrayal, love, comedy and also showed Tamil culture's traditional blood sport Cock Fight in Aadulalam.Has been rightly acknowledged with 2 National awards. One for direction and one for Orginal screenplay. Keep it up..

I expected an award for SPB also for Ayyayo... Its Ok... He already have enough in his house...

Can't wait to see Dhanush- Selva combo again...!

Once again congratulations to the winners... :)

We are d Champions my friend....!

April 2nd 2011 would be a red-letter day for 1.2 billion & 11 Indians. What a journey this world cup has turned out for the Indians. It had been a dream run. Hats off to the Team, the selectors and not to forget Special thanks to the most ever intelligent and Courageous Indian Skipper M.S.Dhoni..

Yuvi has made his comeback in best style. He has made his presence felt in all the matches.. Both with the Bat and the Ball. Rightly he has been adjudged as the Player of the Series. Yuvi it was top class all round cricket from you.The another man who was so instrumental in this emphatic victory is the tournament's highest wicket-taker Zaheer with 21 wickets.

The guy who is also creditworthy of making the finals interesting was a non-Indian high-toned classy cricketer Mahela Jeyawardene. What an entertaining( Annoying in Indian sense!!) innings from him. He didn't play any big shots in his century innings. He just guided the balls to find the fence.Jeyawardene you are a true champion.. His wife was there(middle one in the pic above) in the stadium cheering for his every run. She even signaled him to stay in the centre after he reached his 50. Sanjay Manjrekar rightly said- With the Right Coach anyone can achieve wonders in their life. :)

The distressing thing about this world cup is the fact that this might be Sachin's last World cup. And he has been payed with the maximum.I don't know how Indians will digest the truth that soon Indian Team will miss Sachin in the Playing Eleven.Sachin you are and will be the darling for the Indians of all time.

And here Comes the Hero. The man behind the reason for 1 billion smiles. Mahendra Singh Dhoni. His game tactics has been a mystery for even the artisans of the game. He has been criticized throughout the tournament but he did what exactly a great leader has to do.He didn't react. He just kept his cool.He just waited for his day and the day finally arrived as a World Cup Final. India were quite struggling on that day for a chase of 275. He came to the crease ahead of the in-form Yuvraj Singh and guided the team to the historic victory. Thanks to Gambhir's Support with a good knock of 98, Dhoni finished the Tournament(which was Started off by a super 4 from Sehwag) with a smokin' 6 and stood unbeaten in the crease with 91*.

PM Man Mohan singh rightly felicitated Dhoni by Saying that the Whole Nation is proud of his Leadership. Of course. It is. Dhoni you are the Captain Courageous. You are really a Born Leader.
